Yesterday I went to Jakob's awards assembly. It was interesting for the most part, but it dragged on for about 2 hours! The honored each of the 6th graders in some way...I felt that that would have been more appropriate for the 6th grade graduation, which was today.
I am glad that I went, though...cause Jakob sure made a haul. (that's how Jon put it, LOL)
He got an award for Honor Roll, Student Council, Spelling bee, and Sportsmanship.
Go Jakob! Great job. Good work!
p.s. In the third picture The kiddo on the left (standing at Jakob's right) in the red shirt is his really good friend Brennon. They are about a month apart in age. Both small for their age, and a couple of the youngest in the class.
