Twisty Thingy

Ben is SO weird! We have a blue contraption thingy that you can 'twist' your hair with? Well, he just can't seem to get enough of that. He is now learning how to actually use it for what it was intended to do. (Instead of just thumping it on everything from books, to walls, to his head...and even his bum!!)

He will come to me and say he wants to do my hair. He will put each 'hooky' thing up one by one to grab a piece of my hair...then he will turn it on the 1 to twist each strand individually, then switch it to 2 to twist the strands together.

Other weird things he will do with it: Put a lego in the middle, turn it on...see how far it will fling the Lego once he turns it on. Push up one of the 'hooky' things, and stick a Popsicle stick in it...then spin it. (looks like a helicopter blade) Now that I think about it...this little contraption is similar to those light up things that you can buy for like $8 bucks at the store (or $10 or more at the amusement parks) I paid $2 at D.I. for it, probably 2 or 3 years ago...the uses for it are much more diverse, too. LOL
