Got Mosquitos?

(image borrowed from web)
Ok...so, I don't think it was really a mosquito, but it sure looked like a huge Texas sized one. (Actually, I think that is their nick-name: Texas Mosquito. Because they look so much like a mosquito, just larger. But they are basically harmless...but it's hard to remember that while faced with one. LOL) Last night while getting ready for bed I was in our bathroom brushing my teeth, and saw this huge mosquito like creature. I didn't have anything to swat it with, so I threw a scrunchi at it. It fell, and I couldn't find it.

So, this morning I am dragging myself out of bed...my two boys came in and said 'Good Morning!'. I went into the bathroom and started splashing my face with water. All of a sudden Jakob screamed: 'bug, bug'. Talk about and jolt awake. Who needs expresso, or Java. Borrow Jakob each morning, and have him scream 'bug' in your ear. LOL. He then said: 'That is the HUGEST mosquito I have ever seen.'

Well, I guess while I was frantically searching for said 'bug' Ben took off.

The bug was the same mosquito that I had seen last night, alive and rarin'. I still didn't have anything to swat at it with...then I found a instruction manual for one of Jon's computer game. (must have been his bathroom reading material). So, I swatted at it, well guess where it ended up? Down my SHIRT! I proceeded to frantically grab at it, and I actually have no idea where it went after that.

In the process of my 'dance' Ben re-joins the party with flyswatter in hand. He hands it to me, faces the sink, puts his hands on his hips and looks around, stating: 'Ok, Now where is he'. He said that about 3 times...VERY cute.
