Finding Christmas Cheer

One evening we decided to go in search of some Christmas fun. We first went to Fry's (a grocery store) and found Santa. These aren't the best pictures of the kiddos and Santa, but they are still fun. They might just be the only pictures we get with Santa this year.

The kiddos also decorated cookies with BIG bags of frosting. Not sure what the Bakery gals were thinking when they made up those bags of frosting. As you can see from Jakob's face and fingers, he got a little excited about the amount of frosting. LOL

After seeing Santa we went to the Temple to see the Christmas lights. It's always fun to see what they have added, and to see the kiddos' reaction to all the neat lights. I liked the light reflection off of the Reflection Pool. We didn't stay to listen to the program, I am sure it was good, though. It's nice that they have different preformances each evening for about a month. We went inside the Visitor's Center, and got a picture with the beautiful and large Christmas Tree there.

We still want to drive around and let the kiddos' see all of the different decorated homes. One of these years we will put a LOT of lights up. We always think we are going to, then time kinda gets away from us.
