Kim passed away yesterday. (My sister-in-law) From complications of cancer. We are traveling North for the funeral, and to be with family, today. Her husband, Matt, and their 2 children are in our thoughts and prayers.

On my way back from picking Jakob up at school, we passed a fire station with their flag at half mast. They had the flag at half staff for the anniversary of Sept. 11th. This also seemed appropriate for this heart wrenching loss of a incredible young lady. (a daughter, sister, wife, mother, cousin, aunt, friend & so much more.)
